"Let's go volunteer at Blessings of Hope!" My sister Brenda is the family planner (on the left in the above photo) and that's how 19 family members, mostly children, ended up bagging flour together on a Wednesday afternoon earlier this summer. The Bookworm Frolic
I love to read, but with getting my blog started and going to Alaska, I haven't gone to the library often or read much this summer. That's going to change now, since I went to the Bookworm Frolic Book Sale tonight. The Bookworm Frolic is a fundraiser for the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society. The books are collected throughout the year (people donate them) and then the book sale is held outside under a huge tent every August.
